Wow, congrats!  95yo & active.  If only we could all be like you!  So what causes groin pain... on the list.  Have you noticed any abnormal bulge or more pain in the area, especially when you lift something heavy or bear down...

It could mean very little, or indicate something very serious. IMHO, chest pains should always be checked by a physician, asap, unless there is an obvious innocuous explanation for them. Best wishes Ian

Any concern with pain and clots really should be addressed to your physican as he/she is most familar with your medical history.

That's definitely not comfortable, and it could be a bad sign for the baby. Call your OB to make an appointment and speak with a nurse (or your OB) about it. There's so much to pregnancy that those cramps really could just be

Rub lots of Vaseline on your feet before going out, buy thicker socks...they have thermal socks now. Get Dr. Scholl's foot warmers for your shoes. Good luck
