On The Threshold... so much in a year, a deep sense of sadness fills the depths of me. I struggle daily with pain that, for me...
Today was another Tempo Threshold training run. I am starting to enjoy these fast paced runs... my calves, IT Bands, and Achilles to keep any possible plantar pain away.

By the end of the run I started to feel a little pain on the right forefoot pad just behind my toes. Not sure if this is from the new shoes but coincidentally the Newton lugs are right where the pain started...

I've crossed the 6-week threshold. This is about the time when the doctor said I'd be healed... issue at the moment, which is a relief. Most of my surgical pain is gone. I have a few random pangs...
