An Uphill Climb to Health
I finally went on my first hike with the "Fauquier Hike n' Stuff" meetup group. It was scheduled... because of the weather, but because it has been so long since I've done any real hiking. I had 2 very intense very long workouts this weekend and GAINED weight!
I went on two very long hikes over the weekend for a total of 9 hours of walking time. I didn't eat bad, in fact I had nothing but whole graines and veggies, and a little cheese. I ended up gaining 4 lbs! Anyone know why? adriam80crap

Ok, in June I went on a hike in a wooded area. Next day found this echelon shaped pattern of light pink but painless and non-itchy bumps.
