Pain in both ankles for close to a year.  Nothing found in tests.  Ankle surgery a couple years ago found a bony growth in between two of the bones (Tibia and malleous?) don't remember.  The longer....  Tried many different shoes, wraps, herbals, gels, nsaids.  Thinking about Botox or someway to numb them...crap

Getting up from chairs, and sometimes standing up
      Before every time I am about to get up from my seat i have a very strange feeling in my left ankle.
