Exercising but not losing
I am 5'5" and +/- 140 lbs.  I started running 1 1/2 years ago and have since gained 5 lbs during training for a half marathon.  I run 20 to 25 miles a week and take (3) body pump classes, (1) spinning class and (1) 2 hour aerobics class, but I am not able to shed the last 10 lbs.  I eat healthy foods...crap
