I have episodes/waves of dizziness with accompanying jaw pain on left, neck pain on left.  I also get ringing in my left ear at the same time.  Sometimes I get some pins and needles into my left hand.  When I lie down most symptoms go away except neck pain.  My HR goes up to about 120 when this happens...crap

Well here it is - Went to Ear nose throat doc to see if the "vertigo attacks" and nystagmus... almost disappointed - i kind of felt sorry for him.  He said he didn't feel that this was a case of positional vertigo... and migraines on my right side that come and go, stiff neck, continued inflamation on the cerebellum...crap
