How can I get some relief?
I suffer from myofascial pain syndrome.  I hurt severely, but I try to stay very active.  I have 2 children at home.  Ages 12 and 10.  I have upset stomach most of the day.  I can't sleep at night.  I move like a turtle.  I have had physical therapy.  It did not work.  I bought new pillows...crap

How can you get rid of knots in muscles that put pressure on nerves & refer pain to other areas?

im going in for an MS consult, i am already diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome and occipital neuralgia. Ive been going through chronic pain for the past 2 years. Lots of 'things' have been ruled out... have increased with intensity and frequency coming at all sorts of random times, however really bad pain comes...crap
