Weird recurring "bites" on breast.
weird itchy bumps on my breast, just my right one. If I touch the bump, it doesn't hurt, or it's not sensitive. But, if I scratch it, it gets worse and starts to hurt. They are not on my areola or nipple, but the outside of it. And they aren't in a place that rubs against other skin. It's more toward the top...crap

I have had bumps on my hands for about 2 weeks now. What could they be?
Some of these bumps are red, skin color and some only appear as tiny red dots. Recently they have spread to the tip of my penis and I have noticed some forming on the bottoms of my feet.
