Fatigue and Joint Pain Got Me Worried

Is there recourse if Reclast causes major problems?
My Dr. wants me on Reclast (for good reason) I already have severe joint pain (PMR, taking prednisone- not working) , a listed side effect ~24%. If Reclast makes it worse, is there any recourse?
