Osteomyelitis in the jaw

What is this?
For the past 3 days I have experienced lower jaw pain, left upper arm pain, neck pain (feels like someone pressing on my throat) and some chest discomfort.  I am a 52 year old female.  I went to the ER and chest xray, cardiac enzymes, EKG, and all other tests were normal.  Seems that this problems...crap
