Horrible Back Spasms

pain in left side that laster 5 min then went away
i was at a sporting event and i bent down to get a can of pop from a cooler, I had to twist to the right an i got like a muscle spasm that lasted about five min.I broke out in a sweat and then it went away I am fine now it has been two days. johncrap

My trip to the ER
last week I had to go to the ER because I had a really bad muscle spasm in my neck..., which I was diagnosed with in 1996.  I agree with the muscle spasms being related to Fibromyalgia, but I am questioning....  After a week of Vicodin and musclerelaxers my spasms have gone away, but I am still having the other symptoms...crap

What Happened?
I woke up with a muscle spasm in the middle of the night. I knew that something was not quite right. It was those heavy boxes I lifted on the job. I took some medicine as my shoulder started to throb. However, the pain did not subside; it was more intense. It started to hurt...crap

Does Singulair cause leg cramps?
