What is the best form of magnesium to take? I currently take magnesium citrate 130 mg and also get 80 mg magnesium oxide with my calcium supplement (1,200 mg calcium in divided doses). I am surgically menopausal and also take fish oil with vitamin E and a vitamin supplement with 120% of the b vitamins...crap
