Not sure what your question is but it sounds like time to go see your orthopedic surgeon (or get a 2nd opinion from another one) about replacing your hip replacements.  Good luck!
I CAN BARELY MOVE THEM. I HAVE TO GRIP A PILLOW AND HOLD IT UNTIL THE PAIN LET UP. WHEN THE PAIN LET UP I HAVE TO GET UP AND TRY TO WALK BUT I CANT. BECAUSE, MY FEET BE SLEEP. SO I JUST SIT ON THE EDGE OF THE BED UNTIL THE PAIN LEAVE...

Wow, congrats!  95yo & active.  If only we could all be like you!  So what causes groin pain... like you're having a bowel movement?   Other things like appendicitis could also present as groin pain...

And your question is . . . ?  Sounds like you have an infection.  That painful swollen lump is most likely a lymph node indicating that the infection is close by.  It could also be an abscess or pus pocket...
a doctor for diagnosis. I have no idea what the groin/lymph node pain might be: that's one reason to see... fatigue & joint pain. I saw a chiropractor who has been doing adjustment & he recommended...
