My husband has a small soft lump on his knee. He said he just went to sit down, felt a pain, then noticed a bump on his knee.
It could be a cyst, boil, infection or other condition. There is no way online to tell you what may be happening with his knee. It could be something benign or serious. The only way to find out is for him to see
I have a painless lump on my knee its not red or anything, i fell down couple weeks ago but the knee just started getting big
If the lump is getting big, that means it is swelling up. Swelling is cause by inflammation which may be infected. First put ice on the lump to get the swelling down and then see a doctor for further care.

Hi! I am newly diagnosied and have a few questions.  First of all I have a cyst in my knee due to ra.  Why has this happened? my last mammogram was about 3mo ago, they found a lump said it wasnt a cyst, to repeat mamm in 6mo
on my last mammogram the radiologist found a lump, he says it is not a cyst, but to come back in 6mo to see how much it has grown. my family doctor told me the same thing about waiting 6mo. breast cancer runs in my family, my granny died from it, my mother had it and so did my sister...crap
