Backspasms and back pain reveals nerve pressure. Could be a misalignment, could be a disc issue, could be sciatica. I would see a chiropractor. Your primary doc may be able to give you muscle relaxers
Without more info, hard to know what is going on. See your doctor to get checked out and see what is going on.
