just instinctively seem low-carb - or appear to genuinely be so, based on the package labels, but somehow aren't? Isn... bombs, but couldn't they at least be low-carb? The labels say just 7g carb per 2 Tbsp, so the problem... as nutrients.
And even these foods I've traditionally considered "carb-safe" seem to have betrayed...crap
The breakfast problem
I'm on a low-carbohydrate (LC) diet, and for some people who
embark on this way of life, figuring... thought we had to have special food for
breakfast. Maybe we'd been brainwashed by the big cereal companies..., so I decided to stop trying
to eat "breakfast food" and just ate whatever was around. The first morning...crap

About 4 years ago I had been on a low sweet/ lowcarb diet for about six months. My birthday came and I ate several pieces of Devil's Food cake and within 24 hours I had significant knee and hip pain... during the time that I had been on the lowcarb diet. Recently I've been on a low sweet diet, but not lowcarb...crap

Hey Dan... to replace the carbs with more vegetables, low fat sources of protein, and healthy fats.
Does this mean you have to go low-carb everyday all the time? No! You can cycle your carbohydrate intake and every four or five days...crap
How unhealthy is it to drink a cup of coffee with each meal?
I was doing well with eating a lowcarb vegan diet and exercising a few hours daily, but suddenly that's not enough to keep my blood sugars in line. I have not been a coffee drinker (I don't really like it) but the other day I was desparate for both warmth and energy so I drank a cup -- and my blood...crap
