I am already eating a lowfat vegatarian diet. I do best when I eat soft and bland foods like soup and soft cooked vegetables. Any bread I eat must be toasted and well chewed,or I choke.I take nexium,reglan and zofran for vomiting.Life sucks.

Does anyone have a recipe for low-fat alfredo sauce that would be okay for us GERD sufferers? I can't seem to find low-fat parmesan in the stores around here, or I'd use some I've found online. But maybe I could use regular parmesan in smaller amounts?
