my heart rate and blood pressure vary widely and because my blood pressure (at rest) has been as high as 160/90, my doctor wants me to take Diovan.  but sometimes my blood pressure is normal or even... heart rate seems to be about 56.  when it gets up to 68, the blood pressure never goes up above 140...crap

I have high blood pressure and a low heart rate. I take Inderal 40mg twice daily. Ny top number stays high in the 190s and the bottom number runs between 66 to 99, heart rate never gets ove 58 most of the time it is in the 40's. What should I do? nanncrap

Possible Causes to my HBP?
I have had high blood pressure readings on and off lately, 26 y.o. male. They can be as high as 160/100, or as low as 115/75.
