I was in an auto accident 15 years ago resulting in 17 broken ribs on left side, collar bone, punctured lung, etc. I now have upper back pain, probably due to scoliosis, and lower back (right side) which my chiropractor said is likely spinal stenosis.   I have almost constant pain in my upper back and daily...crap

She has a breast MRI scheduled next week due to an abnormal uptake noted in the gamma... of the breast will not detect the rib area where there is currently pain. I feel a big lump on what I think is my rib cage but in the back. I just "celebrated" my first anniversary having been diagnosed with triple negative BC. could this be the cancer coming back?
