Consuming fat after a workout?
I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weightliftingworkout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles. I've been slowly gaining weight no matter how much I workout! Do I need to workout more or eat more? My workout have included 1hour aerobic class 1x a week, 1hour weightlifting class 2-3x a week... be due to not eating enough? I am welling to lose muscle to lose weight. HELP!!

Hi Nelson,I have a major issue. I have been weight-lifting and running consistently ever since I left the Army three years ago. I have NOT changed anything about what or how I eat. And yet my weight.... I still run pretty fast and hard without huffing and puffing. WHY AM I PUTTING ON THIS WEIGHT? PLEASE help...crap
