how is a person wth MS supposed to exercise if a change in temp makes her dizzy and uncoordinated?
I have SPMS and fibromyalgia (fun stuff) and if I exercise I get disoriented and lose balance and look like an uncoordinated idiot- if I do a water aerobics/walking class, I lose leg stregth... - do any of you have ideas? I want to exercise and move and the only thing I can do is a recumbent bike it seems. OOPS forgot...crap

Starting water aerobics class!
I am signing up for a water aerobic class! I am also signing up for a water aerobics training class!...meaning I will soon be teaching water aerobics classes! (Unless of course I have a horrible flare, but I am banking on that not happening). Anyway,I wanted to know if anyone else has taken...crap

i cant conrol my urine when i take 1 glass of water i must go washroom 2 times within 30 or 40 min .
my water intake is so poor sometimes when i was not in home i never drink water coz... but that is undercontrol i mean i went washroom whenever i left home but now when i sneez n cough n doing exercise... that how manay times i go to bathroom near 15 times and drink water 8 to 10 glasses if i m at home.am i reduce...crap

Do muscles swell (particularly stomach muscles) for a short period of time after exercising?
It seems like my stomach is swollen after I finish my water exercises and later goes down.  I am a Type 2 diabetic and am about 20 pounds overweight.  I do water exercises 4 to 5 times a week for one hour.  This includes kicking for 15 to 20 minutes, in addition to arm and leg exercises. Carolcrap
