Please help what am I doing wrong?
I walk everyday for 45 min and do some strengthening exercises too! been doing this with a low cal, no junk or grease diet and I only lost 5 pounds, I looked on the scale and it says i gained a pound! what am i doing wrong? please help thanks mellymellycrap
