I'm the guy who thinks deca increases his wasting.About my legworkouts and diet:I get about 4 meals a day consisting of about 500 calories each with about 30 grams of protein each.my legworkouts are once a week: squats - 5 sets 6 reps of 225 lbs, leg extensions - 5 sets 8 reps of usually 150 lbs...crap
Workout method
Is is harmful to do a workout in which the upper body and lower body is integrated into one thing? Like do a set of curls, then a set of squats. In other words, constantly be working a muscle but from a different part of the body. Is this bad good, or just the same as a normal workout.

i have a bad pain in my inner upper rt thigh
it started about 3 months ago i thought it would go away. it has only gotten more aggravating and worse. it hurts to squat or walk. when i sleep it wakes me up and i cant bend it from the pelvis... it was when i got out of the car. could this be from the way i sit when i ride. i lean to the left with my rt leg sideways...crap

I have begun jogging. My legs ache and my hips and knees are sore. I want to make sure I'm not injuring myself. What is a normal ache and pain for an overweight jogger and what should be taken seriously and possibly looked at by a doctor?

I HAD TVT IN DEC 2007 AND SITLL HAVE INCONTINECE. IF I GET UP IN THE MORNING, IT HAVE PEE RUNNING DOWN MY LEG. I SOMETIMES CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE BATHROOM TO GO AND FIND MY SELF WETTING MYSLEF. THIS IS JUST NOT NORMAL. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
