HI! I have a question... I have pain that runs down my right outer part of my leg.. I can hardly walk or get out of a chair with out severe pain all at once when i put my foot down..What is wrong?
I do some exercises and if feels like my leg is locked till i get it warmed up enough to go on it... When I move my leg up and down it hurts midway from outer part of the leg to the ankle.. What could it be?? Thanks! jolenecrap

This came on rather suddenly and is not due to exercise.  Both my lower back and legs ache when I lie down.  It is not a muscle cramp, or sore -- it's a constant ache.  It is relieved by sitting and walking, but returns when I lie down.  I am a 67 year-old male and am taking no medications. mexikidcrap
