ok, so i have tremendous amount of leg pain in my right hip, right knee and right ankle. pretty much my whole right leg is bad. i had a pamprin bottle in my care for just in case feminine needs... hour and a full meal later im still having a ton of pain. i was wondering if it is ok...crap

I have been experiencing pain in both hips and down both legs, in the front, back.... I also have a mild form of multiple sclerosis so I am wondering if this leg, hip and Achilles tendon pain... through what I eat and drink.  I try to exercise daily but this new pain is causing me to exercise a bit less right...crap

Ive always had hip problems since i was young. if legs are spread or sitting crossed legs for to long they lock and have a dull pain. but now its like a pressure so severe that i have a hard time.... it feels kind of like getting pulling in the groin but on my hip as well as pulling pain my left side...crap

stretches to stop pain in left hip from pinch nerve
I have pain in my left hip and down my leg. I did have a herniated disc in the lower part but I think in has gone back in. I still have the hip pinched though. I do stretch by arching by back...
