It feels hopeless at times
I have had upper gastric pain for over 20 years. It feels like pressure in my stomach and I can barely touch the area below my breast bone. I didn't have reflux until about 1 year ago. I have tried many natural alternatives, in addition to PPI's.Somedays I feel like it is better...crap
