Any sort of tingling should be checked out by your doctor. If you experience any sort of slurred speech, loss of vision, be sure to be seen in the Emergency Room right away...
It may be a cartilage problem on rib cage, pinched nerve or other condition.
I recommend you visit your GP to check the blood pressure, blood cholesterol and sugar levels, as well as request an ECG exam.
It could be any number of differant things.
But, sounds like you might have a pinched nerve some where. Most likely in your neck. When it runs down your arm.
Another thing, make sure that you are not sleeping with your arm

It has been a while since I wrote on this post but I am doing good. I have only 2 Herceptin treatment left, Thank God, but I have been getting some tingling and numbness in my toes, leftside mostly but the right side is starting to feel the same. My left elbow is also starting...crap

and Imatrex. However I'm still experiecing vertigo; numbness and tingling in my leftside of my face, lips, arm and leg. My question is: Why am I still having these problems and could it be some other problem. I'm fearful of driving and being alone because of the suddenness of these symptoms occurring...crap

, but have been experiencing tingling in my legs (thighs to calves) for almost one year now. The spine doc says no disc problems, the neurologist says no neuropathy. So I'm left with a hiatal hernia (tightness in my upper chest, and sour stomach) and tingling in my legs (mostly when at rest). And I generally feel horrible...crap
