On my right arm there is just one but it is the darkest one, and on my left arm I have 3/4, I had them checked by my GP, in case it was anything serious, who gave me steroid cream (hydrocortisone 1% cream) and he said it should lighten the spots and make them less noticeable but that was more than 6 months ago and I haven't noticed...crap
