I have regular 28 day periods never late always on time. My b and I do the the put out method. I am a day late keep gettin cramp
the "pull out" method is not an effective choice for birth control.  If you are late then all I can say is to take a test

I am experiencing frequent urinating and mild cramping as well as a late period. My Dr. also just changed my thyroid medication.
Changing the medication could have affected your menstural cycle so taking that into consideration.   Outside of that I can't really tell you much else based on what information you provided.
