no it isn't very likely more likely than not you either had a delayed ovulation this past cycle or you didn't ovulate at all

the "pull out" method is not an effective choice for birth control. If you are late then all I can say is to take a test

I cannot speculate on that because you haven't provided the information that would help. All I can say at this point is if you are concerned then a home pregnancy would probably be the most accurate answer.
