There is a large field across the road from us. Looking out of the window, it appears... out loud; it was exactly what I did when I saw the big, white cotton puffs on the plants for the first time... 
1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups Pamela’s Baking & Pancake mix
1 tsp. GF vanilla
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Cream butter...
with whatever you feel like eating. It's easy to slip and fall into a large bowl of pasta or similar when you're hungry... and this is what I ate ;-)
