I have osteoarthritis of the hip, lower back and neck.
I now have the same pain in my knee joints. Also the cartledge in my inner thieghs have hardened and are quite painful. I use a cane and find most exercise impossible and painful. I take aleve and sometimes ibuphrofen, use ice packs and heat pads. My doctor says it will just get worse and surgery is in the future. I am 58...crap
