If you have a lupus test done but it comes back negitive, could you still have lupus ?

Recently I have had sores come up on both of my legs.
I have SLE and Crohns and recenly I have had sores come up on my legs. They are purpleish-blue and very dark in color and kind of shiny in their appearence.
