Diabetes: Benefits of exercising while Pregnant
The other day I overheard one of my coworkers describing a kickboxing instructor at her gym.  Apparently, this woman was nine months pregnant and due to give birth in less than two weeks and still teaching and participating in kickboxing.  Wow, that's impressive!   Luckily, exercise during pregnancy...crap

not eating enough?
I was wondering if its possible to not eat enough, im a 24 yr old 117 lb female who is just trying to tone up-but not lose any weight.  I do kickboxing three mornings a week, strength training/running three days a week-and yoga or pilates on sunday.  I often feel run down and tired (not burnt out...crap

Seeking help with exercise induced migraines.
I have always considered myself to be in pretty decent health. About a year into a kickboxing training program I developed severe migraines, with ora. On average I was getting them about once a month... since. I really enjoy kickboxing and would like to start training again can anyone offer any advice...crap

Recovery
Recovery for me is a daily process, including meditation, while walking my dog, yoga, exercise in the form of either dancing, kickboxing, or step-kick at he gym, and weight training.  Enough sleep and relaxation is important, too. lizbeccrap

Should I do cardio work out if I have sjogrens?
Should I work out if I have sjogrens? (autoimmune/antiiflammatory condition) It causes me dry mouth dry eyes as well as antiinflamatory related problems. I love cardio kickboxing, yoga, and pilates. Afewxtracrap

Why do the arches of my feet burn and hurt when I exercise?
Whenever I do cardio exercises that require me to be moving around a lot on my feet, the part that hurts the most is the burning in my arches. I just did a kickboxing workout, and whichever foot was supporting me was burning so badly! Any help would be appreciated.  SonyaH909crap
