rate should be between 15 and 23 beats every 10 seconds. I modify my workouts to be less intense...??? I am an otherwise healthy woman, and I do get a physical exams annually. My low impact exercises provide an intense workout... to get the same benefits as everyone else who does the routine at the high impact level???
