I am looking or any information regarding Chemical Pneumonia being caused by chemotherapy treatment
My brother just recently had a allogenic stem cell transplant. He is on day +43 and is back in the hospital with what they are calling chemical pneumonia caused probably caused by the chemotherapy. I am unable to find any information regarding chemical pneumonia in BMT patients and treatment / prognosis...crap
