Kona Ironman was this weekend and the regular people started at 7:00 am. A great goal of mine is to do Kona Ironman and I know I will but for now another great goal was accomplished Saturday 10:00am pacific.... During the flight training my marathon training came to play so many times as I got closer to the finish line...crap

Ironman and RA ?
Well here I am, about 7 weeks away from My little 1/2 Ironman (70.3) in Oceanside, Ca. Wetsuit... that I have been training for this since 2003. Endurance of eight marathons and a little help from the RA fairies that taught me that true pain is to the bone and I have yet to feel this in any training or race so far...crap

I won a lottery slot for Ironman 2011 at KONA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has still not set in as of yet however as time passes I know much training is still needed and it will set in. I don't have many words to say... great gift, without it I wouldn't be who I am today, eight full marathons, two half Ironman events...crap

i'm using tri-sprintec but the pharmacy ran out so they put me on trinessa. is it ok to switch?
i have been using Tri-Sprintec for a pregnacy prevention now for 3 months.  this last refill the crap
