My friend had a massive heart attack at 44
she has phneumonia, they put in a trach, during surgery for a blocked bowel she suffered another attack.  She has been sedated now for two weeks is this normal or is this something the doctors are not telling us.  She was a in great shape and healthy, when she has the heart attack she flat lined for 45...crap

Severe pressure/pain in the upper abdomen mimicking a gall bladder attack (gall bladder is gone).
I'm scheduled for an small bowel series to rule out an obstruction & just had my colonoscopy (nothing found).  The attacks seem to come every 3 months or so.  I have recently noticed that sleeping in a semi-upright position has put more time in between attacks. Any suggestions? Annettecrap
