Running 26.2 miles
I have been living with diabetes for about 8 months. I am a runner, and have ran 26.2 Marathons. Just wanted to know if I can continue taking gel packs while I train and run, or should I be eating other types of foods while training or during the runs.

It started in 2006 I was training for the Chicago marathon. I got in the shower after a run. When the hot water hit me I became paralyzed on my left side for at least 5 minutes.
