I understand the morning stiffness thing all too well.
My question is, does it progress? Used to be just my feet and ankles were stiff, now it goes all the way to my knees and my calfs are hard as a rock in the morning. Is this normal? Not sure anything is "normal" anymore.   Brad Bradcrap
