newly DX'd elevated TSH: history of severe migraines during and (now) 7 yrs post pregnancy.

I have just had a DEXA scan done and have a score of -2.6 in the L4 vertebra.
I am 54.8 yrs old. I had a pan hysterctomy in 2002. I also have hypothyroidism. I just had a DEXA scan done and my score in the L4 vertebra is -2.6. The hips are in the osteopenia range. My doctor has prescribed Ibandronic acid 150 mg once a month. I would like to know if I need to start...crap
