I am experiencing the same kind of pain on the inside of my legs from running. It starts from the groin and runs deep through the quad and at times I can feel it pull a bit at the top of the knee. ???
I was told it was my IT band but that is on the outside of the leg. I have recently noticed some brusing in the groin area on both legs. I have to wait almost a week between runs. What muscle or tendon in my leg is this and how do I strengthen it. I leave for bootcamp in a month and a half. Rick Dioncrap

This came on rather suddenly and is not due to exercise.  Both my lower back and legs ache when I lie down.  It is not a muscle cramp, or sore -- it's a constant ache.  It is relieved by sitting and walking, but returns when I lie down.  I am a 67 year-old male and am taking no medications. mexikidcrap

Good Morning world of mine!! I hate start off badly but I am sure hurting alot, Ican't seem to get my legs to stop hurting and my lower back and hip area.  Found out also can't go to Shands until I come up with 300.00 first--like that will happen...So I guess I'll keep on keeping...crap

I get allergy shots in my legs due to no fat in my arms & they swell and can hardly walk for days.
I get shots every wk.in both legs (bees&mold)my legs will swell down to my knees,get hot & I can hardly walk for days because it hurts so much then my thighs&knees just ache all the time between shots... in my legs aswell.I'v been doing this for 2 yrs.Don't know how much more I can take.any advice please...crap
