I had surgery to repair a severly deviated septum and sinuses. Since the surgery I have not had a migraine headache but I still have the flashing lights, nausea, fatigue, stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Is this common to have the pre symptoms w/out the headache. Lilliancrap
