More likely than not, the donor site was from the iliac crest, rather than the actual femur or hip bone, so I doubt that your sister's neck surgery has anything to do with her current pain.  Stress...
Thanks for your swift and thorough reply.  An xray shows that the replaced hip is seated perfectly... was performed two months ago, you might ask for an xray to prove that your hip replacement is seated properly...
Be sure she does stretches to strengthen her hips and knees. Here are the ones I do. Her team should have access to a sports doctor who can check her out and suggest further treatment.
