I am 55 and I take bio identical hormones but I was under a lot of stress and my periods have stopp
I gave had two hips replaced due to hip dysplasia and I recently had arthroscopic surgery on my knee.  I also have severe fibromyalgia, taking lyrica, and hpothyroidism taking meds since my pregnancy at 37.  I was having normal periods til 3 months ago and then nothing have experienced a lot of stress...crap

Where did I put that warrenty?
I was born with hip dysplasia. Pain was my life. I didn't know any better. I was told to wait until the last possible moment to have my total hip replacement, which I did at the age of 36, when I found I could not... me that he couldn't deal with crying women, and that I should have gone to his lecture on hip replacement the week...crap

What Would You Do?
that you have hip dysplasia, and because of that, you have torn cartilage in your hip. It is painful and stiff... in your hands and fee.  Your orthopedic surgeon says only way to "fix" the hip thing is to reshape the femur... when he told you this.  He says the other hip, which is starting to give you problems, probably has hip...crap

Cat Scan Guided Hip Injections, anyone?
I am having a cat scan guided injection in my hip later this month.  I had one a year ago and it worked wonders. The pain in my hip prohibits me from sleeping on that side and if I sit down for awhile... in my hip. I don't have RA. I have Erosive Inflammatory Arthritis, OA and Fibro. Hip Injections Today...And Some Questions Answered...
I saw my orthopedic surgeon yesterday and he is going to inject both my hips with a steroid shot... hospital when the cat scan is free. Hooray!  He and his office staff are so caring.  We are lucky... to the hip injections.  They will get rid of some of this pain, at least for a while.   Peace, V V...crap

Steroid Hip Injections?
I have bursitis in my left hip. I had a steroid injection (cat scan guided) a year and a half ago... why I have so much bursitis. I have it in both shoulders and both hips. My Orthopedic's NP told me I have a lot of scar tissue in my left hip and it may have to be removed one day. How does a person end up w/scar tissue...crap

Any treatments to successfully relief bursitis pain in the hips?
a treatment that has successfully relieved hip-bursitis? TomCat... My wife suffers from bursitis pain in her hip and has progressed to both hips over the past year. Her doctor tell her there's no medical help available to relieve her hip pain. We do not know...crap
