Is running on hills equivalent to wind sprints? I run for 45-55 minutes, 5 days a week, on hills
I usually run 4.5 to 5.5. miles, 5x week, and my route includes hills (3-8% grade) spread throughout the run. It definitely burns the legs and causes me to be more out of breath--just wondering if I am getting the same (or better) benefit as doing the recommended Wind Sprints? Thanks. Hillarycrap
