to be anywhere near satisfactory. My choices so far are geared to day hikes of no more than eight hours. My partner & I do a lot of camping & backpacking. Things like hiking in the Grand Caynon for 5 days. Since i've started Atripla, it seems that my tollerence of the heat is shorter than it used to be. I had 2 very intense very long workouts this weekend and GAINED weight!
I went on two very long hikes over the weekend for a total of 9 hours of walking time. I didn't eat bad, in fact I had nothing but whole graines and veggies, and a little cheese. I ended up gaining 4 lbs! Anyone know why? adriam80crap

Bumps that don't cause any irritation but won't go away.
Ok, in June I went on a hike in a wooded area. Next day found this echelon shaped pattern of light pink but painless and non-itchy bumps. I figured it was a bug bite or something I rubbed up against irritated me. Thing is its now August and they haven't changed size, shape, color, or anything...crap
