I wanted to post a couple of my FAVORITE recipes. I think both of these actually come from Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle but I modified them a bit.
PROTEIN PANCAKES - makes 3 pancakes
in the morning so they burn off before bed time
1/4 cup walnuts or 1-2 tBs pine nuts
** high in protein... and strength as will the fruits.
