Is there such a thing as HDL being to high? Mine is 130, up from 111 3 months ago. I work out 1-2 hours a day and lift weights. I'm a 60 yr old female on simvastatin. I've always had high HDL... 232 & Trig 64. I know that high HDL is good but is 130 OK?
