What is the recommended daily level of sodium for heart healthy diet?
I just had a stent for 99% blockage and angioplasty for 90% blockage and have a remaining 60% blockage of a heart artery.  I have been told to adopt a heart healthy diet.  I was not given dietary limits when I left hospital, just lists of some food choices.
